All orders must be paid in U.S. currency, using VISA, Mastercard or Discover.
Payment by personal checks are accepted from organizations only
and should be made out to "Sansha USA Inc". We reserve the right
to cancel any order if we don't receive the check within a month
since the order has been placed. Overseas buyers: you may have to pay
local import duties upon receiving the goods.

Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily
out of stock of an item we will ship items in stock at time ordered and ship
remaining items when they become available.Please note that NY Dance Store
is not responsible for shipping charges of backorder items. Please specify
in the comments box if you would like your order shipped complete at time of ordering.

Minimum orders
No minimum order.

All displayed items, sizes and colors are available immediately or within a few days.
However we reserve the right to discontinue any color, size or item at anytime, before any update. Please note that prices & availability of products online are not the same as our Showroom
on 8th Ave @ 53rd St in New York City.

Exchange and Return
You have 30 days from the date of order to return items.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the return form and include it with your parcel (you will find it with your parcel received)
  • Products need to be returned in their original packaging with stickers and accessories (if there are any) and in perfect sales conditions.
    We will not accept washed, worn or damaged after opening products.

  • Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If all above conditions are met, you will be refunded the total amount (taxes included) excluding delivery fees. You will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the items.
Sansha USA cares a lot about the product quality. In case you find defective products, please let us know and we will send you a new product or we will refund you.

Thanks for following the return process as above exactly as explained and please mention the reason for your request.
In case the product has important damages, you can re-order a new item (while stocks last) and you will receive a replacement for the damaged product. In this case, delivery fees are the responsibility of Sansha.


Deliveries are from Monday to Friday only. We ship only to USA.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO-FPO Boxes.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day.

Definition of “Business Day”- This term only applies to Monday through Friday and does not apply to holidays.
New York Dance Store is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.   
Incomplete shipping information will result in delivery delays and additional shipping charges.

Continental US: 

Delivery charges are automatically calculated based on total weight and shipping address. You can choose between several shipping options (USPS, UPS, Fedex).

Orders over $25 won't be charged any handling fee. For orders below $25, a $3 handling fee will be added.

Promo code cannot be combined with discontinued items or any other promotion.

Defective Items
We will exchange, or refund, any item
that is considered defective by our Customer Service Department.
