How to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of order to return items.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the return form and include it with your parcel you can print it here or you will find it with your parcel received)
  • Products need to be returned in their original packaging with stickers and accessories (if there are any) and in perfect sales conditions.
    We will not accept washed, worn or damaged after opening products.

  • Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If all above conditions are met, you will be refunded the total amount (taxes included) excluding delivery fees. You will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date we receive the items.
Sansha USA cares a lot about the product quality. In case you find defective products, please let us know and we will send you a new product or we will refund you.

Thanks for following the return process as above exactly as explained and please mention the reason for your request.
In case the product has important damages, you can re-order a new item (while stocks last) and you will receive a replacement for the damaged product. In this case, delivery fees are the responsibility of Sansha.
